Fluentforms
An AI-powered voice-to-form platform for compliance and field teams. The worker leaves a short voice note while the job is still in their hands; AI transcribes, interprets, and maps it to the right fields on the right form.

The premise
Compliance paperwork can take as long as the job itself — and a phone keyboard is a slower input device than the hands that just did the work. Fluentforms replaces the form with a sentence: workers describe what they did out loud, AI maps that speech to the right fields, and the worker reviews and signs.
The product's discipline is that the AI drafts and the human signs. Speech is the input method; the form is still the source of truth; uncertainty is surfaced rather than hidden. That balance is what lets a compliance-grade product use AI without becoming untrustworthy.
Where AI does the work
- Speech-to-text tuned for the field — helmets, wind, machinery, accents.
- Structured extraction using a schema-constrained LLM call so the output is always a valid form.
- Tenant-aware prompting so the model knows site IDs, team codes, and the customer's real jargon.
- Per-field confidence with audio citations, so low-confidence fields are flagged for the user to confirm.
- Smart re-prompting when a required field is missing — the AI asks one short question rather than throwing back empty boxes.
